Nitrogen gas regulator is designed for medium and large gas welding, cutting and heating. It has single type decompression structure. It’s output is stable and easy to adjust, suitable for industrial manufacturing and laboratory use. It is suitable for the detection of parameters such as containment, liquid resistance and gas-liquid ratio of gas recovery system of gas station. It can also be used for gasoline oil and gas emission management of existing gas stations, as well as environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance and oil and gas emission management after completion of new, renovated and expanded gas station projects.
The nitrogen regulator ensures a controlled supply of nitrogen from the cylinders. Nitrogen cylinders typically come at very high pressures, with some cylinders reaching pressures up to 3,000 psi when fully charged. Connecting systems and equipment directly to cylinder valves can cause safety hazards or damage to equipment. It is inefficient and can lead to wasted gas. Most applications that require nitrogen, whether HVAC purging, laboratory or industrial manufacturing, have specific pressure requirements. The nitrogen regulator ensures that the gas flow is kept within the required range which is under control.
A CGA-580 inlet connector will be used on nitrogen regulator and if a regulator leak is terrible, you’ll hear the sound of gas escaping.
